Britteny Barron, CNM, MSN, is a nurse practitioner at Habersham OBGYN, where she has been serving the community of Demorest, Georgia, since 2009. She is passionate about bringing her skills as both a practitioner and certified nurse-midwife to women in their teenage years and beyond.
Britteny received her associate degree in science from Perimeter College at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia, and her Bachelor of Science in nursing in 2007 from North Georgia College and State University. In 2008, she received her Certified Nurse-Midwife and Master of Science in Nursing from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Before joining the team at Habersham OBGYN, Britteny was a registered nurse at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville for over 10 years. She currently has a professional membership with the American Midwifery Certification Board and is certified as a registered nurse.
Her immense experience coupled with the rest of the team at Habersham OBGYN guarantees that any patient will receive personalized care upon visiting. Britteny welcomes new and existing patients to the practice.
